PPM Construction Management Inc was founded in 2008 by two partners who have both worked for large general contractors and major developers for over 15 years. The company was established with a directive to inspire teams to work efficiently and effectively in complete synchronicity with all of team members (owners, consultants, management, trades and those affected by the project). We do this through effective communication and mutual respect with all involved. This kind of interaction motivates the team to work together to create an atmosphere of ease allowing all the team members to perform at their maximum.

We are registered with WSIB, possess $5mil Liability Insurance and are a bonded company.
